A nation of many parts? Identity and cultural diversity in British towns, 1000-2001.
Proposals are invited for a conference to be held at the Regional History Centre, UWE, Bristol on Saturday 16th September 2006.
The conference explores urban diversity and assimilation and historical relationships between dominant and minority communities - of all kinds - over the last 1000 years.
