An issue of the Journal of Aboriginal Economic Development will be published in September 2006. The issue will be primarily devoted to an exploration of Aboriginal economic and community development projects, planning, education, initiatives, and success stories. We will be particularly interested in hearing about activities and projects taking place in the Prairie Provinces (and south into the American Prairies).The edition will address the contemporary and changing face of Aboriginal economic and community development in Canada. We invite papers and case studies from academics and practitioners that address these issues. Academic papers will be subject to the usual double-blind peer-review process.
