Egypt: Africa's Glorious Daughter.
A two-part Syposium on the relationships and Cross-fertilizations between African and Western Classical Civilizations.
The issueis of classical civilizations and the role of Africa played in their development have been debated for years. While much has been written on Greco-Roman, Mesopotamian, Babylonian and Egyptian civilizations, their interactions and cross-fertilizations have not yet been fully explored in a format accessible to all. This symposium fills the gap, as it responds to the King Tut Exhibit: "Tutankamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs", Museum of Art, Fort Lauderdale Florida.
