LEGACY Oral History Progam announces the 11th annual summer oral history training workshop, July 6-8, 2006, at the San Francisco Performing Arts Library & Museum.

Learn oral history theory, project design, legal/ethical issues, interview and editing training, cross-cultural issues, and technology.

Jeff Friedman Ph.D., founder, and Basya Petnick, manager, are instructors. While focused on performing arts, the workshop is appropriate for all levels and transferrable to many disciplines using oral history methods.

Space limited, 16 participants. $300 by June 1st, $350 after.
