Explore Shakespeare On His Terms…
Applications are now being accepted for Shakespeare & Company's month-long institute for teachers: The National Institute on Teaching Shakespeare, supported by the National Endowment for the Humanities.

The Institute will bring renowned scholars, educators and professional theatre artists together for a four week institute centered on bringing Shakespeare’s plays alive in the classroom. Twenty-six teachers from across the nation will be selected to investigate the dynamics of Elizabethan playing conditions, looking specifically at Macbeth and Julius Caesar.
Teachers accepted to the Institute receive a stipend and have tuition and expenses covered by the National Endowment for the Humanities . For more information on the N.E.H, go to their website at: www.neh.gov.
