A Symposium on U.S. Child Nutrition Programs: Past, Present, and Future

The Child Nutrition Archives at the National Food Service Management Institute (NFSMI) is pleased to announce its first symposium on Child Nutrition Programs (CNP). The event will be held on the Oxford campus of the University of Mississippi, March 20 - 21, 2006. The program will feature scholarly presentations and discussions concerning the history, implementation, and development of the federally funded U.S. CNP (National School Lunch, School Breakfast, Special Milk, and Child and Adult Care Food Program) and feeding programs that predate the federal programs.
