Where Should It Head? The Global Perspective.
February 9, 2006. Charlemagne Building. European Commission. Rue de la Loi, 170. Brussels, Belgium.
The State of the European Union is of high interest, relevance and even consternation these days. The aftermath of the “No” vote on of the Constitutional referendums in France and The Netherlands and European government & public opinion on Turkey’s accession to the EU have aroused discussion about Europe’s vision and its role in the world.
The idea is to let the others to speak about Europe. It would permit to all of us to know and understand better the perception of the European Union by others in the world. Are we a hope?
