“Zeitabschnitte - Time Intervals” is a portrait of a Holocaust survivor. Focusing on a topic that has often been touched, this movie is also the story of the relationship between an 81 year old German Jew, who has almost been killed by the Nazis, and a young German student.
The Academic Residence of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin invites you to watch and listen to Werner Bab’s story and take part in a transatlantic discussion with him and Christian Ender, the movie maker, about history and the way history is dealt with in Germany and in the USA today.
