The Canadian Society for Italian Studies will hold its next annual Spring conference in conjunction with the 75th Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences from Saturday May 27 to Monday, May 29, 2006, at York University, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Proposals are invited for individual papers, complete sessions, or panel discussions, which may be presented in Italian, English, or French. The title with a 150-word abstract should be sent to the session chair indicated below not later than January 9, 2006. Further enquiries may be addressed to the general program organizer, Olga Pugliese (pugliese@chass.utoronto.ca).
N. B. Presenters must be members of the CSIS and also register for the Congress (see the website at www.fedcan.ca).
