Call for Papers for Conference on Political Trauma and Restoration, to be held at the University of Wisconsin-Madison March 31 and April 1-2, 2006. The UW Letters & Science Honors Program and Center for the Humanities invite proposals for papers from all humanistic disciplines (broadly defined) that address themes of "Political Trauma and Restoration". Interdisciplinary and comparative analyses are most welcome, and focus may be on any world region or time period. Advanced undergraduates are encouraged to participate.
