The Newsletter Committee of the Society for the History of Children and Youth is looking for contributors to its next issue, on film and what film can teach us about the history of children. We’re especially interested in reviews of films, from all periods and countries, and in ways that films about children have been used in the classroom. Tell us about your favorite films and what they have taught you about the history of children. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate students and junior scholars to share their interests with others. Reviews and articles need not be overly long; two to four pages is a good length. To publish the next newsletter in a timely fashion, we will need articles by early January.

If you are interested in submitting a review or article on film for this issue of the newsletter, please contact Sean Martin at seanmartin1@juno.com.
