You are invited to participate in The 2006 Global Conference on Business and Finance (GCBF). The conference, sponsored by the Institute for Business and Finance Research (IBFR), will be held from May 31 thru June 3, 2006 at the Hotel Herradura: Golf Resort and Conference Center in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of business, economics, business education and related fields are welcome. Manuscripts do not need to be global in nature. Submissions may be in English or Spanish.
The GCBF is affiliated with the International Journal of Business and Finance Research (IJBFR), a peer reviewed academic journal. Papers that are awarded the Outstanding Research Award at the conference will be offered publication in the Journal. In addition, papers receiving the Best Paper in Session Award at the conference will be automatically reviewed for possible publication in the Journal. The deadline for submissions is March 17, 2006.
