This NSF Chautauqua Short Course for college and university faculty will be held at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, June 8-10, 2006. It will explore how active learning classroom methods can be combined with state-of-the-art electronic communication technologies. It is led by a team of instructors with extensive experience. Applications will be available on the web soon, www.chautauqua.pitt.edu, but details will be sent now to persons requesting them. Graduate students may also participate in this course.
