Hamline University School of Law Journal of Public Law and Policy invites submissions of articles, case notes, and comments for the Spring 2006 Symposium Issue on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
The Editorial Board seeks scholarship addressing ADR. Authors are encouraged to address social science research, cases, recently enacted law, and rules and regulations that affect how we understand and experience ADR. Submission should be thoroughly researched and explore issues of importance in an engaged and innovative manner.
Format and Submission Requirements:
Submissions must be double-spaced, in 12-point Times New Roman Font, and with 1 inch margins. Paragraphs should be indented 0.5 inches. Footnotes must be used (endnotes are not acceptable) and citations should conform to The Bluebook: A uniformed System of Citation (18th Edition).
Please submit an electronic copy via e-mail to publiclaw@gw.hamline.edu or three paper copies and an electronic copy in Microsoft Word for Windows format via mail. In addition, please include a separate document containing the author's name, street address, telephone number, and email address.

January 23, 2006.
