On February 23rd - 25th, 2006, the Center for the Study of the Korean War will hold its 7th Annual Conference on War and Media at the Hilton Garden Inn of Independence, Missouri. Each year Graceland University sponsors the conference as an opportunity for scholars, students, veterans, and anyone interested to gather and share information, questions, stories, and academic papers concerning the reporting of war. Papers focus on issues relating to war in general, with at least one session on the Korean War. The theme for the upcoming conference is War and Propaganda.
