The Asociación de Escritoras de España y las Américas (1300-1800) invites abstracts for its 2006 conference held in conjunction with the Association for Hispanic Classical Theater (AHCT) at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., on September 21-23, 2006. The conference will focus on theater and women’s cultural production in colonial Latin America and medieval and early modern Spain. We welcome interdisciplinary papers and suggestions for discussion panels and workshops on theater, theory, pedagogy, or other related topics.
