CFP: Canadian Historical Association, May 29-31, 2006, York University (Toronto, Canada).

I am looking for individuals to fill a panel on "Borders and Frontiers: The Transnational City,” in keeping with the theme of “The City: Global Histories” for the 85th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Historical Association (more information about the conference may be found at: http://www.cha-shc.ca/bilingue/2006/Call.htm). Proposals are invited on all aspects of the histories of cities, settlements, or towns from any time period that specifically examine the theme of borders or frontiers.
