The John Locke Foundation, and independent, non-profit think-tank in Raleigh, North Carolina, is creating northcarolinahistory.org, an online encyclopedia of North Carolina history. The encyclopedia will be a comprehensive account of the Tar Heel state. Anyone interested in submitting entries for the encyclopedia should contact Dr. Troy Kickler at tkickler@johnlocke.org and include their areas of specialty and historical interests.
