CALL FOR WORK: The Langston Hughes African American Film Festival seeks short form film, video, and multimedia work by (and about) African-Americans and people of African descent from around the world. Filmmakers do not have to Black but film themes must have primary focus on Black life & culture.
Categories: drama, animation, children’s/youth films, lesbian/gay, documentary, shorts about African American life and culture.
Length: 60 min. or less. Seeking positive images & stories. $50 honorarium paid for works selected.
