The Journal of Cyprus Studies invites contributions from researchers, academics and other interested people. The JCS is bilingual and publishes material in English and/or Turkish. Papers submitted for consideration must focus on subject matter specific to the island of Cyprus and may include (but are not restricted to) the following areas of interest: archaeology, culture, history, art, linguistics, literature, music, law, politics, sociology. Suggestions for other subject areas will be considered by the Editor.
We are also seeking reviews and short notices of books written on Cyprus.
Special Section
In the upcoming issue of the JCS, we wish to include a special section on a range of issues that is currently of particular interest: Property Rights and Landownership in Cyprus. We would like to publish articles that focus on these issues from the legal, political, and/or historical perspectives.
Guidelines
Manuscripts may be submitted as an email attachment (in Word) to either of the editors, or mailed to the address below. Please attach an abstract of your paper (maximum 200 words) in the language of the paper. Your submission should include a full mailing address, an email address (if available), and daytime telephone and fax and numbers (if available).
