Nottingham Trent University invites postgraduate research students to attend the next FORWARD early modern social history symposium. The symposium, 'Desperate Housewives', intends to explore and discuss gender roles of the early modern period. Postgraduate students from a number of universities will be giving 30 minute papers on a variety of themes, including eighteenth century erotica and pornography.
