The Journal of Southern Religion invites manuscripts from subscribers on all subjects pertaining to religion in the American South. The journal is interdisciplinary, and welcomes works in the fields of history, sociology, anthropology, theology, ethno-musicology, and literary studies.
The Journal of Southern Religion is the only scholarly journal devoted solely to the study of religion in the American South. The journal is published in its entirety on the World Wide Web at: http://jsr.fsu.edu.
Submissions to the JSR are fully peer-reviewed by members of the editorial board and their designees: [http://jsr.fsu.edu/ed.htm]. Electronic submissions are welcomed but
