Looking to submit panel on welfare policy for the Conference on Policy History to be held at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, June 1-June 4, 2006. I am working on a study of Jimmy Carter's failed attempt at comprehensive welfare reform and am seeking others with thematic similarities. If not welfare, then perhaps others who are looking at Carter or liberal policymaking in the postwar era.
