This mini-conference takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, May 7 and 8, at the Native American Center on the downtown Portland State campus (710 SE Jackson St. at Broadway). The event features from numerous Portland area speakers across the academic disciplines, with Lisa Lowe (Literature, UCSD) and Jean Comaroff (Anthropology, U of Chicago) as keynote speakers. The event is free and open to the public.
