The workshop is intended for researchers, practitioners and policy makers. The program will include both invited and contributed presentations. Registration is open for all interested individuals. The registration fee is $200 for those registering before June 1, 2005, and it includes access to all lectures as well as workshop materials, two lunches and three dinners. Later registration may be possible depending on space constraints.
