I am seeking a third panelist for a panel on Reagan and the American Military for The Rothmere American Institute conference on The United States in the 1980s: The Reagan Years, to be held November 10-12 at Oxford University. The paper will need to focus on some aspect of American military policy during the Reagan administration. Deadline for panel proposals is July 3, 2005, so the prospective panelist needs to contact by June 22, 2005.
