The Sixth “International Congress of Turkish Culture” organized every four years by the Chairmanship of The Ataturk Higher Institution for Culture, Language and History and The Ataturk Cultural Center, will be held in Ankara from the 21st –through the 26th of November, 2005.

The theme of the Congress has been defined as “The Influence and Contribution of Turkish Culture to world Cultures”.

During the Congress, there will be analysis into and discussions on the influence as well as the contribution of the rich Turkish culture in the shared cultural heritage of humanity, essentially in Europe and Asia.

The language of the Congress will be Turkish and English. The statements will be limited to 20 minutes.

The participating academics and specialists will be hosted by The Ataturk Cultural Center, including their round-trip airfare and lodging.

The participation fee to the Congress is $50.- US Dollars and has to be deposited to the account specified here below before April 30, 2005. If the fee is to be presented during the application process at the time of the Congress, then the participation fee will be increased by 10%.
