‘Beyond Professionalisation: Towards a History of Practice’, 3rd International Conference on the History of Nursing and Midwifery, 25-27 August 2005, University of Melbourne. Early Bird Registration is $270; Student registration $250. To date some 60 abstracts have been received on a wide range of topics on the history of nursing and midwifery practice. Speakers whose abstracts have been accepted include those from Australia, USA, Spain, United Kingdom, Hungary, India, Canada, Japan, Iran, Austria, Denmark and New Zealand.
