Abstracts are invited for two children's literature and culture panels: 1) Material Cultures of Childhood; and 2) Global Girlhood. Panelists will present 8-10 minute papers at the Midwest Popular Cultural Association Conference, St. Louis, MO, October 14-16, 2005. Please send abstracts, along with name, affiliation, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail to the e-mai address provided below by April 30, 2005. Proposals for additional panels are also welcome.
