This tuition-free, NSF short course for college faculty will be led by Prof. George Lopez of the University of Notre Dame and meet in midtown Manhattan from July 7-9. It will examine the underlying theory, application, and assessment of the use of economic means of coercion (e.g. sanctions) and incentives (e.g. aid) in a number of contemporary problems of international relations and global security.
