ABC-CLIO is seeking contributors for the development of a Military History Series product entitled The United States at War: Understanding Conflict and Society, based on fourteen major conflicts in United States history. This project will cover all aspects of each conflict’s history, from military engagements to social change, from political leadership to period technological advancements. Work will be assigned as individual encyclopedia entries, with potential contributors being encouraged to take on multiple entries.
The first round of entry assignments will occur during the next two weeks. Assigned entries will be due between April 15th and June 1st, depending on the length and complexity of each. Some individual scheduling can be arranged if a large number of entries are assigned to a single individual.
