MLWCHC is an annual gathering of graduate students who seek to build a community of scholars.
A discussion of current trends in the field;
An opportunity to present your own work in a relaxed and informal setting; and
An occasion to meet graduate students with shared research interests.
This years theme will be Transnational Labor and the Global Economy: Race, Gender and Empire.
7:30 PM: Keynote Speaker
8:30 AM 9:00 AM: Registration Period ($20 Registration Fee)
9:00 AM 11:00 AM: Discussion of current trends in the field (Breakfast and Coffee Provided)
11:00 AM 1:00 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM 5:00 PM: Discussion Panels (Topics base on papers submitted.)
5:00 PM 7:00 PM Dinner
