Inferno is a journal that prides itself on the publication of original and innovative research being undertaken by postgraduates across the world. For this special themed issue, articles can relate to the use of maps and cityscapes from pre-historical times until the contemporary period. Papers may discuss the production of maps or urban landscapes, as well as their afterlife, political or other connotations that they may bear, or reinterpretations. Shorter notices, exhibition reviews and pieces relating to museum or conservation issues within this subject are also sought.
