The editors of the premier feminist journal for emerging scholars, /thirdspace/, invite you to contribute your work for our upcoming November 2005 'open' issue.
This issue will be open to all submissions dealing with a feminist analysis of any topic.
/thirdspace/ is published electronically twice a year, in March and November. We encourage submissions from emerging feminist scholars: graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, new independent scholars, junior professionals (normally within 5 years of completing PhD), or a similar status. We welcome submissions in English and French.
Articles should be between 4000-6500 words and submitted electronically to our submissions address below. For our essay section, we encourage creative, non-fiction critical reflections on feminism and feminist scholarship. (NB: we do not accept fiction for publication.) Essays on feminist methods and teaching in your academic field(s) are also welcome. Please see our submissions guide for more information [http://www.thirdspace.ca/submit.htm].
All articles are peer-reviewed by established, senior feminist scholars.
Deadline: March 15, 2005
Required: Our submissions guidelines MUST be adhered to for all submissions: http://www.thirdspace.ca/submit.htm
Contact: Please email submissions as attachments in Word or Word Perfect to: submissions@thirdspace.ca
