The 2005 St. John’s International Conference on Education will be held from 26th June 2005 to 29th June 2005 in Prague and in St. John College near Beroun, Czech Republic.
The main goal of the conference will be to provide opportunity for sharing ideas in cognitive and intercultural learning starting from pre-school age up to open universities and universities of third age. Moreover, the special aim is to start communication and the exchange of experience regarding this topic between the two distant ends of Eurasian continent: technologically and culturally expanding Far East on one hand and thought-provoking and politically extending EU on the other hand. Looking for new approaches to the whole process of cognitive education beginning from preschool education up to citizens of an intercultural information society – it will be the leitmotiv of our conference.
There are three prefered topics:
- Preschool education
- New approaches to the whole process of cognitive education beginning from preschool education up to citizens of an intercultural information society
- Teaching foreign languages (special topic: teaching oriental languages in the West and western languages in the East).
Each submission should include:
