The United States Military Academy Department of History announces the 2005 Summer Seminar in Military History, 31 May - 23 June 2005.
This 24-day experience is open to faculty and advanced graduate students in the field of history who wish to enhance their ability to study and to teach military history. The Summer Seminar focuses primarily on the Western European and American military experience in the modern era. The program consists of a series of seminars led by U.S. Military Academy faculty and a variety of guest lecturers, as well as Civil War and American Revolution battlefield staff rides. Lodging and a stipend are provided.
