In connection with the European Social Science History Conference (ESSHC) on 22 - 25 March 2006 in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), we are organising a session on labour internationalism. Papers on any aspect of the theory, methodology or history of labour internationalism are welcome. Eligible authors will have the opportunity to publish their contributions in Revue belge de philologie et d’histoire – Belgisch tijdschrift voor filologie en geschiedenis (RBPH-BTFG), a Belgian journal dealing with general history. The RBPH-BTFG is categorised as an ‘A-journal’ (according to the classification of the Flemish Interuniversity Council for the European Science Foundation) and contains articles in French, Dutch, English and German.
Proposals should include a 250-word abstract of the paper stating the relevance of the topic, the methodology and an abbreviated curriculum vitae of the author(s). Please send the relevant documents via e-mail attachment or by regular mail to:
