We are specifically seeking panel or paper proposals on the topic of Women as Victims or Perpetrators of Terrorism. Papers may deal with any geographic area or time period. Papers, if accepted, will be presented at the U.S. Senator Rush D. Holt History Conference, to be held at West Virginia University on March 3-5, 2005. The conference theme is “Defining Security in an Insecure World: Radicalism, Terrorism, and State Responses."
