Timbuktu is a new journal dedicated to creating a forum for the exploration of culture and identity. We are looking for articles, stories, poems, photos, artwork - black and white for inside and colour for front and back of the journal. We are interested in original work and not reviews and aim to provide a place where academic and non academic can meet on equal terms.
In our first issue we had many contributions from America and the Caribbean. I would really like to hear from Africa Asia. The next issue of Timbuktu will be published in the Spring of 2005.
