The Department of History invites graduate students to submit proposals for the Fifth Annual Harvard Graduate Student Conference on International History (ConIH) to take place in Cambridge, Massachusetts on 18-19 March 2005.
The theme for this year's conference is "The Rise and Demise of International Orders." This theme is concerned with the nature and exercise of order across boundaries, its endurance, and the sources of its collapse over time.
