Call for Papers: American Literature
Texas Tech University’s Graduate English Society will hold its annual conference March 4-5, 2005 at the English-Philosophy Building on the TTU campus in Lubbock, TX. 250 word paper or session proposals for the American Literature area will be accepted until December 1. Areas may include, but are certainly not limited to:
All genres, authors, and periods of American literature
American and cultural studies
Race, gender, and ethnicity studies
Studies of critical theory
The future of American literature
New media studies
Globalization and empire
American literature and pedagogy
