SUNY-Buffalo’s History Department is proud to announce
Beyond the Line: The North and South Atlantics and Global History, 1500-2000
a symposium where audience members and eighteen leading scholars will discuss precirculated papers on Atlantic History. Can the Atlantic paradigm be successfully expanded to include the South Atlantic, the modern Atlantic, and even areas beyond the Atlantic?
