The Virginia Military Institute in association with the McCormick Tribune Foundation, the George C. Marshall Foundation, and the Cold War Museum will sponsor a third conference on the history of the Cold War, focusing on the years 1963 to 1975. The meeting will be held at the Marshall Center in Lexington, Virginia.
