The Grolier Encyclopedia of Modern Drama --an international, interdiciplinary, one million word, four volume work slated for publication in late 2005-- is urgently seeking scholars/contributors for a 2000 word National Survey entry on Turkish drama 1850-present. The survey should place the dramatic literature of Turkey 1850-present into a cultural and historical context and highlight the political dimensions of cultural production during that time period. The article will be signed. The remuneration is 11 cents per word. The deadline is November 1, 2004.
