In cooperation with the Organization of Brazilian Cooperatives, we are organizing a week-long group tour of selected cooperatives in the Rio de Janeiro and Bahia regions. The tour will visit cooperatives in the areas of agriculture, housing, health care, culture and tourism. We will also meet with leading members of the cooperative movement, academics, labor leaders and cultural figures. Music and other cultural activities are scheduled as is Free Time for touring, hiking, beach and shopping. The tour is all inclusive. The price of the tour includes international r/t air fare from NY, hotels at triple and double occupancy (slight price differential for doubles and singles), all ground transportation, all meals, all activities and entrance fees. It does not include airport taxes, visas and other airport charges in the US and Brazil. Price $2,418.00 plus $77 airport taxes. Please write to me for more information, itinerary and applications.
