The Southwest Council of Latin American Studies (SCOLAS) will hold its 38th annual conference on March 9-12, 2005, in the city of Veracruz, Mexico. The theme is: "Forking Paths: Vision and Division in the Americas." To present a paper, please send title, an abstract not exceeding 250 words, with presenter's name, title, institutional affiliation, telephone #, and mailing and e-mail address to Dr. Terry Rugeley.
