The Feinstein Center for American Jewish History (Temple University) and the American Jewish Historical Society are sponsoring a conference on secular Yiddish culture in Amerca. It will be in New York on June 27-28, 2005. The conference will cover the gamut of secular Yiddish culture, including summer camps, schools, welfare organizations, literature, and politics. A stipend and travel expenses will be provided all conference participants.
