The Mass Communication Division of the Southern States Communication Association (www.ssca.net) invites competitive scholarly papers and panel proposals on all aspects of the mass media, mass communication, computer-mediated communication, media literacy, and new communication technologies to be juried for presentation at the 2005 SSCA 75th Annual Convention to be held March 30-April 3, 2005, in Baton Rouge, LA.
In addition to the traditional research papers and panels, the MCD is soliciting proposals for production showcases, presentations, round tables, and other innovative discussion formats about issues focal to the discipline.
