Brooklyn Law School's Journal of Law & Policy is looking for an article to publish in its Fall edition. The Journal is a student-run, scholarly journal of analysis and commentary that publishes articles covering American domestic policy. Its mission is to promote the debate of law related issues and public policy through the publication of articles written by legal scholars and distinguished members of the legal and policymaking communities. Articles must be at least 45 pages in length and should reflect a spectrum of concerns ranging from immediate questions of law and policy to basic assumption about the nature of individuals, groups, and institutions. Previously published articles will not be accepted.
