New Voices was initiated in 2003 as a series of one-day conferences for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. It is a vital opportunity for art history students to gain valuable experience by presenting their research in an informal atmosphere while also networking with fellow students.

We welcome short papers (25 minutes) related to your research interest from postgraduate students of art history. Please e-mail a 300-word abstract, including the full title of your paper, name, institutional affiliation and contact details to Outi Remes at ch-students@aah.org.uk by 5 October 2004.

The conference fee is £5, including lunch and tea/coffee. AAH Membership is necessary to participate. New Voices participants can join the AAH with a discounted rate of £10. Deadline for bookings is 5 October 2004.
